Nicole Wins WCKC Season Opener

After the cancellation of the first two race weekends, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the delayed Western Canadian Karting Championship got underway this past weekend, at Greg Moore Raceway in Chilliwack, BC. 

Qualifying saw Nicole Havrda line up fourth in the eleven kart Junior Rotax field. The BC teenager went on to finish a fine second in the Pre-Final race.

The weekend finished on an even higher note for the Vancouver Island native, with Nicole capping off an excellent weekend, winning the Final race.
